Announcement of a March-Rally in the Municipality of El Bosque on 18.05

As part of actions to take place during the “WEEK OF GLOBAL STRUGGLE FOR THE LIBERATION OF PATISHTÁN AND SÁNTIZ LÓPEZ: BRINGING DOWN THE PRISON WALLS” Alberto Patishtán’s family and representatives of their community, "El Bosque" have sent us an invitation to a march-rally on the 18th May at 11.00 am (summer time 12.00). The invitation says: POLITICAL PRISONER FROM CHIAPAS We demand the immediate freedom of Professor Alberto Patishtan Gomez His family and friends, joined in solidarity for the freedom of Alberto Patishtan Gomez, call on all residents of the municipal headquarters of El Bosque, the different communities and municipalities of Chiapas state, the different states of Mexico and all their brothers and sisters throughout the world to attend a meeting of voices to demand the freedom of our teacher and brother Alberto Patishtan Gomez, wrongly accused of a crime he did not commit, and who has now spent 12 years deprived of his freedom. He is currently in the maximum security prison in Guasave, Sinaloa, Mexico. Therefore, everyone who receives this invitation will be welcome.
