To the people of Mexico and the world

Compañeros and compañeras who are fighting for a world in which many worlds fit, we send a combative embrace and all our solidarity to the people and communities of Mexico and the world who are resisting dispossession, discrimination and the policies of death of the corrupt bad governments and the national and international companies.

We are in struggle to defend our mother earth, even though the officialist (government-supporting) ejidal commissioner Alejandro Moreno Gómez wants to hand it over to the bad government, the organized people will defend it whatever the cost, because the blood of our fallen compañeros Juan Vázquez Guzmán and Juan Carlos Gómez Silvano was shed in defence of the land, for this reason neither the ejidal commissioner nor the bad governments can take from us that which cost the lives of our compañeros, and is inherited from our grandparents.

Our organization is also continuing to defend by the legal route the land that the bad government wants to take from us, with the petition for amparo 274/2011, before the seventh district judge in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, which has already been over three years in judgement, and this corrupt judge, who already has an agreement with the bad government, has respected neither the law nor human rights, which is why he does not want to resolve our case and only washes his hands saying that he will not proceed to study the case because we have no right to defend our land, and he falsely says that the ejidal assembly consented to the government staying permanently in our lands. Twice the Third Collegiate Court in Tuxtla Gutierrez has resolved our demands positively because the judgments of the seventh district judge are illegal; now the collegiate tribunal is going to study the proceedings for amparo for the third time.

Also, as an organization we filed a complaint before the Agrarian Tribunal in Comitán about the ejidal commissioner, for the illegal assembly in which Alejandro Moreno Gómez and his members were imposed as ejidal commissioners, many irregularities were committed, with the support of the Agrarian Prosecutor of Ocosingo. On June 5 a hearing was held in the agrarian tribunal where the ejidal commissioner alejandro moreno gómez arrived with his members and people who were intimidating and harassing the compañeros of our organization taking pictures and videos with their mobile phones.

We denounce that on June 11, 2014 the officialist ejidal commissioner is organizing an illegal assembly to illegally collect signatures to ask to withdraw the petition for amparo and land claim from before the tribunals, to simulate that the general assembly of ejidatarios are in agreement with the dispossession; so we denounce these corruptions because we energetically reject these crimes committed by the ejidal commissioner to the detriment of the people of San Sebastián Bachajón, as an authority he should respect his people, but he is a mere puppet of the bad government because he has no dignity.

From the northern zone of Chiapas we ask the compañeros and compañeras to remain vigilant about what happens, because the bad government increasingly seeks to put an end to our organization to dispossess our people of their territory.

Never again a Mexico without us

Attentively

Land and Freedom!

Juan Vázquez Guzmán Lives, the Bachajón struggle continues!
