We denounce that the bad government is giving more punishment to our compañeros Juan Antonio Gómez Silvano, Mario Aguilar Silvano and Roberto Gómez Hernández because it has now changed their crime from aggravated assault to the attempted murder of Chilón municipal police agent Alfredo Bernabé Aguilar Fuentes, so that they do not get out on bail and remain unjustly in prison for longer, since it is a crime they did not commit, a crime fabricated by the bad government; this is why the bad government had to mistreat and torture our compañeros, while they were there for nine hours of pure torture from the municipal police of Chilón, but then also later the agent of the public ministry of Ocosingo, Rodolfo Gómez Gutiérrez, put a pistol to the head of compañero Mario Aguilar Silvano, and also put a bag over his head.

The licensed judge omar heleria reyes is an accomplice of the bad government; he only signed the order for formal imprisonment because he was ordered to do so by the government, his boss. The judges of our peoples do not act in that way; wisdom and intelligence are needed to resolve problems, but what these people do is violate rights and protect those who do the dirty work of the bad government.

We denounce that our compañeros Juan Antonio Gómez Silvano, Mario Aguilar Silvano and Roberto Gómez Hernández, prisoners in cereso 16 in Ocosingo, Chiapas are being asked for money by those called spokespersons or precisos who coordinate with the prison authorities; this is why we demand that the bad government respects the life and integrity of our compañeros because they are political prisoners and no person should be troubled in prison by being forced to give money or do work against their personal dignity.

We demand that the bad government releases immediately our compañeros JUAN ANTONIO GOMEZ SILVANO, MARIO AGUILAR SILVANO AND ROBERTO GOMEZ HERNANDEZ, who were tortured by the bad government, and who have been unjustly deprived of their freedom since September 16, 2014 for fighting for justice and defending their territory.

We also demand the release of our imprisoned compañeros SANTIAGO MORENO PEREZ, a prisoner since 2009 in Playas de Catazajá, EMILIO JIMENEZ GOMEZ, a prisoner since July 2014 in Playas de Catazajá and compañero ESTEBAN GOMEZ JIMENEZ , a prisoner since 2013 in Playas de Catazajá and later transferred to El Amate.

We demand that the bad government and the pro-government ejidal commissioner of San Sebastián Bachajón, Alejandro Moreno Gómez, do not continue dispossessing our people of their territory and natural resources, because the people are going to continue defending them.

From the northern zone of the state of Chiapas the women and men of San Sebastián Bachajón send our combative greetings.

Never again a Mexico without us

Attentively

Land and Freedom! Zapata Vive!

Hasta la victoria siempre!

Freedom for political prisoners!

Juan Vázquez Guzmán Lives, the Bachajón struggle continues!

Juan Carlos Gómez Silvano Lives, the Bachajón struggle continues!

No to the dispossession of indigenous territories!
